The Dental Hub is a dental practice operated by Dr MV Sibuyi, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

• Booking an appointment (name, contact details, medical aid information)
• Receiving treatment (clinical records, treatment history, radiographs)
• Contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide and manage your dental care
• Communicate appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Process medical aid claims on your behalf
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data retention

Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 6 years as required by HPCSA regulations. Contact information is retained for as long as you are an active patient.
